At Endeavour Early Education we have created child care art programs that are enriching and encourage social skills. Through Arts and Hearts our children make their own art and learn to enjoy the art of others.
Our child care art program encourages a child’s complete development. Our curriculum includes activities that will help children develop their skills in communicating, problem-solving and socialising, as well as enhance their fine motor skills and self-expression abilities.
Creating art
Creating art allows children to work through feelings and emotions, and referring to a finished piece of artwork helps a child talk about their feelings in a new and meaningful way. Art also develops a child’s creativity; rather than being told what to do, answers and directions come from the child. Art is an experience that requires freethinking, experimentation and analysis — all part of creativity.
